While at Indiana Wesleyan University, Jarvis sensed God's leading into missions through a short-term mission trip. Sue's early interest in nursing and missions lead her to IWU where they met. They ministered in Ohio prior to leaving for Peru in 1988.
Currently, Jarvis trains pastors and leaders throughout Peru in the areas of leadership, stewardship and fulfilling their God-given potential.
Sue uses her nursing skills in compassion ministries and complements women's ministries through targeted training of women leaders.
Jarvis serves as Area Director for Global Partners in Latin America (now called Ibero-America).
